2. How long does it take to process an order?
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may extend delivery times by one day.
Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once processed, your shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.
4. Are my payment details safe?
Edenrue uses SSL encryption and trusted payment processors to ensure all transactions are secure.
We do not store payment card or payment details.
5. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment is not accepted, your order will not be processed. In this case:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Edenrue offers free shipping within Australia, and international shipping is available at checkout.

Yes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All taxes and shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout.
9. How quickly do you respond to emails?
We make every effort to respond to all messages within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
10. What should I do if I suspect fraud with my order?
Edenrue reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order if an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
For large or high-value orders, we may request additional identity verification to ensure customer safety.
